Two large rooms display all the high quality produce that this delicatessen, situated at the very heart of the city, stocks. Wines and Tuscan specialities are the essential components which give this store its high reputation. You'll find here lard from Colonnata, pecorino cheese from San Gimignano and Pienza, all kinds of specialities from Siena and hams from Pratomagno.

Pride of place though goes to the wide range of truffles, the balsam vinegars and the choice olive oils. The bread is hand-baked in wooden ovens and the "schiacciata" is a bona fide speciality.

You'll also find champagnes and spirits including, "cantuccini" from Prato. Customers are here welcome to move freely about the store and help themselves, though the staff is always only too happy to lend a helping hand when required.
