In their splendid store, restored in 1989, they offer from Tuscany specialties and of other regions: the insaccati (bugged up) ones, the "sottoli" and "sottaceti", the mushrooms buckets, all the types of paste, immense Italian and French cheese assortment, particularly exceptional the Reggiano Parmesan.

The better oil, the wines of the Chianti, the Brunello of Montalcino, the Barolo, the Sangiovese, the Morellino and the grappe make beautiful extension of themselves in the neat shelvings.

In the kitchen the chef Saverio prepares tasty first and second ones, also made up of fish like the "polpo in guazzetto", "moscardini"(small octopuses) with capsicum and the potatoes, the squids to the Catalan. Of winter marinate stockfishes and herrings "marinate".
